Erica, RMT

My Journey

I am a graduate of Grant Macewan Universitys 2220 Hour Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma Program. I have been practicing in the City of Edmonton in a variety of settings from Health Clubs, exclusive Spas, Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Clinics and now in my own Health & Wellness Clinic.

I have 25 years experience working with athletes (NHL), chronic pain, MVA injury from babies to seniors.  I now manage my own Wellness Clinic where I am proud to provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming space to provide quality therapeutic treatments along side a team of wellness professionals.

My treatments are intuitive. I listen to what the client is saying and to what the body is saying. I use a variety of manipulations and treatment styles to effectively treat the muscle and fascia.

I love what I do. I love working with people. Connecting. I honor the time we spend together. This can be in quiet calm or comfortable conversation. It is important to me that you feel taken care of and that you feel better than when you came in.

About Me

After graduation from Grant MacEwan in 2008, I have been treating clients in private practice in the city of Edmonton.

My focus is treating sports injuries, and using deep therapeutic techniques to work to unlock muscle tension and restrictions. I really enjoy working with young athletes to help them recover quicker and maximize performance.

I continue to learn new techniques and pursue ongoing training to enhance my treatments. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how massage therapy may benefit you!

In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer, coaching hockey and spending time with my dogs.
